Hong (Hong Sik) Lee is legal counsel for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Lee practiced corporate law at Paul Hastings LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and investment funds matters.

Lee earned a B.A. in Business Economics from UCLA in 2010 and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2016.
