Nate Cross

Senior Counsel

Nate Cross is senior counsel for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Cross practiced corporate law at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he focused on investment funds and securities matters.

Cross earned a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Washington in 2006 and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2013. He also served in the U.S. Navy reaching the rank of Lieutenant.
