Lauren Heideman

Lauren Heideman is the head of human resources for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, where she is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources-related projects and initiatives.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2018, Heideman worked for more than 23 years at Korn Ferry, a global, executive search firm with Corporate headquarters in Los Angeles, where she served in a number of roles, including vice president, human resources, corporate and North America executive search where she was responsible for managing a variety of key facets of the human resources function as a business partner, and led centers of excellence including, HR policy and compliance, global performance management, and employee relations.

Heideman earned a B.A. magna cum laude in both Business Administration and English Literature and an M.B.A. from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, California.
