Founded in 2006, Fully Managed (formerly CareWorx) offers outsourced IT services to customers that lack resources to fully manage their IT internally. Many organizations have mission-critical IT needs, both internally (server upgrades, network monitoring & management, software/hardware maintenance) and customer-facing (helpdesk support, such as password & printing assitance), but lack resources due to the high cost of IT personnel and complexity of evolving IT demands. With Fully Managed’s IT services, organizations can supplement their existing IT staff, or outsource all of their IT needs, freeing up resources for more strategic operations.
