Juan Dominguez

Juan Dominguez is a director on the seniors housing team at KA Real Estate. His role includes sourcing and executing seniors housing investment opportunities, managing communities and portfolios as well as executing the business plan through the sale.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson, Dominguez served as managing director at Waypoint Residential. There he most recently was head of seniors housing nationally. His prior roles included fundraising and head of acquisitions of conventional apartments in Florida. Prior to Waypoint Residential, Dominguez was the co- founder and CEO of Grupo Inmobiliario Aristeas, a real estate investment and management company.

Dominguez earned a B.S. in Science of Economics from The Wharton School with a dual concentration in Finance and Strategic Management.
