Charles Nettlefold

Charles Nettlefold is an analyst for the core fund at KA Real Estate where he is responsible for underwriting and analyzing potential equity investment opportunities and assisting in the execution of property acquisitions and development. In addition, he performs due diligence and underwriting for the real estate debt platform.

Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2020, Mr. Nettlefold worked as an analyst on the seniors housing team at Harbert Management Corporation where he covered acquisition and asset management duties across all markets in the U.S. and prepared financial models and valuation analysis.

Nettlefold earned a B.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
